About Me

My work is drawn from the conviction that relationships are the most significant aspect of our lives.  It is through our relationships that we develop our beliefs about who  we are and how the world works.   Often, our deepest beliefs about ourselves are not completely true and we find ourselves stuck and frustrated because our lives do not reflect our  greatest desires and longings.  When we overcome limiting core beliefs, we are free to be open and accepting of our truest self and highest potential!

I offer compassion, acceptance and truth as I help individuals and families gain greater awareness, power and control over their lives.
I have 18 years experience as a Counselor.  I have worked as a career counselor at the community college level. I have a background as a Domestic Violence Intervention Specialist and  I’ve worked with persons with disabilities.
For the past ten years, I have worked with individuals, couples, families, and teens as a Psychotherapist.
